Loyalty App for restaurant. Digital stamp card

I need someone to create an iOS and Android Loyalty system for my restaurant. The app should be functional and professional. The system should have a customer and a merchant app.
The customer app should have a simple but well-designed interface where they can earn stamps or points for every visit to the restaurant.

The merchant app and backend side should have the ability to set promotions and rewards based on the number of stamps or points of the customer.
