AWS Architect

We have a requirement for an AWS Architect that can set up a PHP/MySQL application on AWS.

We want to have Beanstalk used to deploy the application, and Aurora for the DB. We want the application configured for autoscaling, and load balancing if the workload requires it.

Turkish speaking person preferred
