Searching for a local Bulgarian Freelance App Developer:

We are a local business in Bulgaria. We want someone competent at iOS and Android App development.

We have a current job with a 1-month delivery. The budget for that is 1500$+.

We have an existing app code. It needs optimization and changes. Discussed further in the interview.

We want someone able to complete the project. When this happens we extend the project for an unlimited time as there is lots of ongoing work and extended functionality.

Summary:
