Photo color correction and straightening 0.50euro per photo

I need a color correction and Straightening in lightroom so I don’t need photoshop. Normally the packs that I’m gonna need are 30 photos, 50 photos or 75 photos. My budget is 0.50 euro per photo. NO photoshop only lightroom.
What is the time to deliver it? Is a service that I gonna need almost every day.
