Need Odoo Server Support/Functional Expert – Native English Please!

This job is for someone working in US based time zone (-4 GMT/UTC) as we already have people from IST working for us. I am looking for a person who is available a lot and dependable who can solve Odoo issues on a per ticket or hourly rate basis from our helpdesk as we are a hosting company providing Odoo services to customers. I am looking for someone with good experience with all Odoo functionality and server side knowledge of it. I would also like to learn more about your strong points and experience with it.

Issues you would handle involve anything from creating a debugging an issue or error message, checking performance issues, checking modules not working, upgrading modules to work with new versions, odoo upgrades, odoo not loading, etc. Please respond first with “I read this” so that I know you are thorough and understand my requirements.

• English MUST be your native language or able to write English very well.
• Can work from our helpdesk solving tickets along side of your other day job when we have no tickets for you
• Expert with Odoo functionality and server side work such as migrations, nginx, ssl, python library issues, etc….
• Can develop Odoo modules/upgrade them
• ***Available 8 hours anytime between 9AM – 1AM (-4 GMT/UTC) (16 hour window)***

We can only pay $14/hr for an efficient worker and eventually move to a monthly salary position if your first month goes well.
