I need an architectural auto cad designer.

I need a paper sketches of a house, essentially two stories with a walk out basement and a garage plan turned into building plans I can take to the county planning board.

I need foundation plan, roof plans, including support beams, all elevations. Also, the plans will need floor joist spacing and include where 2 by 6 or 2 by 4s will be used.

I have hand sketches with details I can scan and send.

They will also need an engineering stamp for Missouri, Clay county.
