Looking for permanent remote employees as Digital Marketer

Hi,
I am looking for permanent employees for my business www.sandipsurila.com who can manage my digital marketing and help me as assistant in other business tasks to create and manage/nourish leads. It will be remote work on my computer having camera and have to work minimum 8 hours a day in my day time. The person should have creative mind to keep updated with latest marketing technologies, create new marketing strategies and keep him/her updates to latest local marketing trends. He/She will do all these things in my time I will pay for these things.
