Optimize my site speed

I’m looking for wordpress speed optimization help.

I recently moved my website to:
– Rocket.net (with Cloudflare enterprise integrated)
– And I’m using WP-rocket and Autoptimize

However, am testing whether it’s worth it to move to Flyingpress instead of WP-rocket & Autoptimize. And mobile performance is currently so-so.

Currently I find it difficult to judge which metrics are most important.

On WP-Rocket + Autoptimize:
Performance: 100%
Structure: 95%
LCP 495 MS
TBT 38 MS
CLS 0 MS
Fully loaded Time: 1700 MS

On Flyingpress:
Performance: 87%
Structure: 95%
LCP 190 MS
TBT 32 MS
CLS 0.51 MS
Fully loaded Time: 524 MS

I need some advise on wordpress speed optimization. Can you help?
