Deploying an HTML/Angular website

Hi, I’m looking for an HTML/Angular developer to deploy the following template fully functional : https://cutt.ly/Phq7LSc

I have the domain ready and uploaded the theme files already in the Cpanel. I don’t have any coding knowledge, so I’m seeking someone to help.

Requirements:
-Should be able to start uploading the media in the admin panel
-Customize the upload page to upload as the album (multiple songs)
-Adsense integration

Note: I will pay extra if any other improvements in functionalities suggested by you.
