Develop a betting website(Bookmakers) booking codes converting website.

This website converts booking codes from a code booked in one betting website to the code for another betting website with the sports selections stored in the source code to be converted.

I will need a functioning API and script to handle this also it will be subscription based platform were users need to buy a plan to be able to convert codes therefore payment gateways like paystack flutterwave will be integrated.
