Design a school logo

I want a logo for a Christian International school. I have added a picture of the general idea that I’m looking for.
The meaning of this is spreading the gospel all over the world.
I want a swallow/dove and a cross added.
But I don’t want to make it look too obvious that it’s a Christian school.
I can pay you up to 30 USD, but I won’t pay until I’m completely satisfied with the work.
