Job Description:
1. Calls prospective customers to offer our company’s products
2. Use scripts to collect specific information from customers
3. Answer incoming calls from prospective customers
4. Ask pertinent questions to understand the customer’s requirements & register the lead into the company’s system
5. Persuade the customer to buy by demonstrating how merchandise or services meet their needs
6. Provide an excellent customer service
