Furniture 3d models: 7 beds and 15 sofabed

What I have to do:

Furniture 3d models: 7 beds and 15 sofabed
Project duration: 2 weeks from the assignment (Expected delivery date 21 August)

Technical details:
-No low poly models
-Each model has to be accurate in softness padding, sewings, materials texture and accessories.
-Minute details (for example small creases) will need to be reproduced for total realism.
-Each 3d model has to include bed/sofa accessories like sheets, pillows, goose, bed cover, plaid cushions.

Input of the project:
-HD .tiff file of the model to reproduce
-Dimensions of the model
-600 dpi fabric for CGI texture creations

Output of the project (what has to be delivered for milestone release):
-Overall source 3d file with texture and lights
-Front view 6k RGB/CMYK .tiff file
-Lateral view 6k .tiff file
-Open bed view 6k .tiff file (for sofa)
-Back view 6k .tiff file (for beds)

Preselection test
An aptitude test is required to participate in the assignment phase of the project. The test consists in the 3d modeling of a bed/sofa starting from an HD photo. What I need to evaluate is:
– a png preview of the model on a white background
