WordPress Simple User/Login Registration Setup

We are in need of a programmer to set up a basic login, registration function within a WordPress site, allowing for tracking of users that register, tracking company and job description specifics for each user, allow for selection of company to which the user belongs, tracking via dashboard within WordPress admin panel and creation of an easily accessible database. Plugins can be used but must be customizable and allow for use of registration forms with description as above.
