Embedded systems developer with knowledge in Object detection and .net

The project is about developing a software that runs on an embedded system like Ardiuno or Raspberry Pi Zero.

It has a barcode scanner, a Touch screen and a Kamera. I plan to run it on a small device, but it should have the access to these components. I prefer to use .net IoT if possible.
