webRTC for creating asynchronous video interviews (AVI)

We need some help for developing an asynchronous video interview (AVI) system using a browser like chrome, firefox. We need to invite someone to answer a recruiting video interview. We need applicant do a video interview with questions showed in text and giving her a limited time for video recording the answer. She or he has to answer recording directly with no time for preparing or thinking about the answer. We try to record the face expressions, etc. No re-recording or pausing video stream are permited
