Flutter ios and android dating application

Hi,
Hope your doing well.
I am on the look for a developer or a team that can create flutter apps in IOS and Android.

This project am doing now is a dating app which has around 35 screens to make, I would need someone with the skillset of launching on the stores and getting it approved as well as full setup on Amazon AWS. Knowing how to set a fast app as well as protecting this app when it comes to customer details and so on is important and as well keeping the uploaded pictures in a separate place to not put the load on the server running the app.

What are we talking about price wise? And timeframe?
