I need all the parameters which are located in type select, to put them In a different row

I need all the parameters which are located in type select, to put them In a different row.

The first row, as you can see in the picture below, with the business price, possible and mileage, I want to put it in a different row with the selected boxes which are follow (condition, fuel type), because If I delete or transfer one of the first line, the down select boxes are getting mixed and misunderstood.
