Lead Kitchen and Bath Designer

The Lead Designer will be responsible for designing unique and beautiful spaces, pricing the different aspects of the products/labor we provide and ultimately selling the project to the homeowner. This role will engage in active project management and successfully be able to attend to and manage multiple projects simultaneously in an efficient manner. Above all, the Designer must provide excellent product(s) and service to the client. The Lead Designer must be an expert in both frameless and inset style cabinet construction and be able to draft their own designs using AutoCAD or Chief Architect drafting software. The Lead Designer will also need to possess the ability to create visual presentation materials that are compelling and clearly communicate their vision to the customer.
