Looking for a SENIOR Django/Python dev for long term project — 2

We are looking for an enthusiastic and talented Python/Django developer, who is keen to fit into a small, experienced and fast-paced team. Be quick to secure this new role.
Our aim is to create cloud based Human Resource Management Software that handles complicated processes such as job planning, shift booking, fully automated pay roll, candidate testing & scoring, API integration and compliance with amazing simplicity and flexibility.
Version 1 is 99% ready just needs bit of refactoring, some bugs fixed and last functionality completed. You are expected to be able to re-engineer some serious data structures.

Freelancer or Hubstaff tracker is used to track time and productivity.
You are required to work 40h per week.
A successful candidate should have:
Advanced language skills in English and/or Russian.
5+ years Python and Django experience designing, implementing and testing new features
Experience with large and complex projects as a programmer is a must
Advanced knowledge of Django, Python, Celery, Postgres, Linux
Comfortable architecting and implementing new features/REST APIs
