3D design for a workshop site for trucks maintenance and parking

I need to build a 3D design for a 4000 SQ MT site used for a truck transport company work place. it will have, offices, shops, staff quarters, maintenance shed etc. I have made a basic plan which i have uploaded here.

front of the land area will have 2-3 floor building with store for sales of truck parts on ground floor on front and stock area for parts in the back area of building. 1st floor can have offices and 2nd floor for housing for staff.
