Ground Reporting

I want a ground reporter for youtube platform of my digital news channel.
My youtube channel is just started. So you have to send vedios of local ground reporting and I will upload it in Youtube after editing(if needed). There is already content in my youtube channel but minimum threshold is not achieved yet.
?Note- ☝️This is not salary based work. This is partnership work. So total revenue generated from youtube will be divided between you and me after crossing minimum threshold of youtube.
I have also my own content in youtube and views by my others social media platforms and website too. So revenue will be divided equally between you and me.
?Requirements – You must have your own camera or smartphone) and mike(or sound recorder).
?Vedio quality should be good.
