I need to build an indicator linked with telegram

hello,
I would like to build an indicator linked with telegram thats sends Alerts for (cryptocurrency markt) that gives entrings numbres with 3 targets and stop loess for the positive currency. Once the currency acheved its goals, it sends a alerts for achieving each goal or stop loss.
