Zapier and Make.com expert needed

I have a project that will require API calls between a Wappler website form OR XLS spreadsheet TO Hubspot TO Hippovideo.io, essentially automating a sales funnel. The Wappler website forms are already downloaded to the spreadsheet, so if it makes more sense to directly pull the data from the spreadsheet, that’s fine. This will also need to be duplicatable and parsed by webpage form id. The Hippovideo.io piece will then send an email series with videos to the new leads. I am open to 3rd party suggestions as well, I am, however budget-sensitive on subscriptions.
