– organize two conference / year, including: hotel comparison & negotiation, finding dinner venues and sightseeing tours, preparing conference materials, agenda, providing input on speakers and topics, prepare Powerpoints, send out invitations and follow up on RSVP’s, attend the events and be the coordinator on site, write event minutes and follow up on action items and payment of all suppliers. Work estimated at 15 hours / week
– additional work available if interested: general administration, emails, social media management, website updating, billing, assisting in finding new members … day to day management of our association
