We are a company that transports bulk materials such as cement, aggregates, etc. for the construction industry.

What do we need?

A mobile application for our drivers to report their work day by day.
Below is a brief description of our work.

1.-We received an order from our client for us to support him in a job that consists of moving a material from point A to point B.

2.-Immediately we send that dispatch to our trucks, which analyze if it is convenient for them according to the price we offer them and the cost that it entails for them.

A) The dispatch takes the day and time that the work must be executed. the coordinates and/or location from point A to point B, the price paid per ton, hour or trip and any additional information that is necessary to carry out the work

3.-If the driver accepts the order, he lets us know through a message or call that way we know he will come to work,

4.-After the day of execution of the work, the driver is given a ticket and / or proof of the load, in addition to monitoring his assistance through messages and / or calls.

5.-At the end of the week they gather their information and prepare an invoice and/or work report detailing the job description, ticket number and prices. They send us the physical tickets along with their invoice.

6.-After we receive your physical tickets we process them, checking that they are not duplicate tickets, etc. and we proceed to pay with a check.

7.-Then we gather the tickets of the jobs and prepare an invoice to send the physical tickets to the client and have them process them.
