Jitsi Matchmaking Video Calls

We need a matchmaking video call built on Jitsi.
1. Admin creates a Jitsi event
2. Admin shares Jitsi call event
3. Users register for event
4. When the event starts users are randomly match in small 5 minutes call.
5. Admin can set random call duration in event creation.

We handle all the user and event creation.
We need someone to handle the random video calls generation on the Jitsi client.
We will discuss details and UI later with you.
