Making a reservations application within a very simple accounting system

We want to make an application that contains two basic interfaces

* An interface for consumers or customers, through which the customer can choose the target city or region, know the desired price, and make a reservation through the application.

* An interface that no capital owners can approve reservation requests and verify reservation times by date, day, month and year. The owner can issue receipt vouchers and pay customers for the amounts paid. He can also make bonds for expenses according to the date of their occurrence and finally statements of expense funds, revenues, profits and losses from the reality of the priorities of accounting entries.
