FACE RECOGNITION for my WEBSITE

Hi I am looking for professional programmer that will build for me a Fave Recognition in ny language that will work on my Website.
NOTE that maximum budget for this project is #100 CND Dollars
Please NOTE that all bids – proposals over $110 CND Dollars will be ignored.
There are required 3 TASKS as follow
(1) Task Prove that you can do the Face Recognition and can be use ONLINE
(2) Task if I you will prove to me that you can do thia project in reasonable time.
If will Avord your bid with initial $30 CND Dollars milestone.
(3) Task after you will finish the project and I will test if is working fine I will pay you rest of $80 CND Dollars plus bonus.

The Face recognition Option can be build in PHP, JavaScript oe Python language, but will have to work on my website that is with by PHP
