Looking for a headshot photo retoucher

Looking to 1) eliminate red capillaries in the whites of eyes; 2) reduce wrinkles/creases in a shirt blouse; 3) eliminate stray strands of hair; 4) extend lipstick color to the corner of lips; 5) add a little sparkle to necklace and earring; & 6) maybe eliminate motion blur in an earring and index finger.
