Local web server

I have a local web server and it shows a message that the page is not secure when opening the web page , which I want to get rid off. Also, I would like to intall a DNS server so that the web page can be accessed by a domain. The web page is opened in a different device (tablet android) using the hotpot of the computer (Windows)
