Need a Website Designer to animate Website Sections

Also, I need a full website on Screen entry and exit Animation on all sections with Button blink animation.

There is a work section animation with entry and exit.

and then there is a footer animation, the animation will continue running till someone hover on a specific button in the particular section.

The work is hardly for 2 hrs. for any expert.
