TradingView Strategy Builder and Tester

I’m new to TradingView and I’d like to be able to describe a set of conditions under which to trigger an alert and/or fire a webhook. You should have experience in translating plain english into Trading View scripts (pine? ), suggesting improvements, testing and backtesting.
