I need a web designer

Need a website designed and taught how to easily use the web site.

This is an ongoing project for elders to help resource young people and includes articles, actions, notifications, calendar and more. It is not-for-profit. There will be online store and donations.

I would prefer to work with an actual individual freelancer rather than a firm.
