Need MATLAB Programmer

I need someone to provide coding help in Matlab for the controller to read data so that it can read data from the controller and the controller can communicate remotely.

Deepsea controller 7410
Ethernet connection TCP/IP connection
Need a program, Controller offset registers available
To establish a connection and read and write data
Deepsea software is available but needs a more convenient small program to install on every pc needed.

Knowledge of octave will be preferred.
