Referral-Agent.com phone based sales

I am looking for 1-3 individuals who speak fluent English to call on real estate agents in the United States to promote referral-agent.com and get users to sign up to accept real estate referrals. Callers will use Google search to find real estate agents to call and market too. Scripts will be provided for callers. Bonuses ($5 per monthly enrollment and $25 per yearly enrollment) will be paid for users that are enrolled as premier agents. I would like to get a minimum of at least 10 agents in each of the largest metro areas in the United States set up.

Callers must speak English fluently and be able to make at least 100 connections a day. I would like to hire up to three individuals to call for 30-40 hours a week during business hours in the United States.
