Auto convert incoming coins to usdt in my wallet

I am in need of an exclusive bot or app that can notify me of all incoming coming Coins (while Not confirmed yet (push notification, email or Sms) I also need it to auto sell at market or Limit Price, all incoming and/or existing coins in my Binance wallet to usdt or BUSD, (it will be nice if you can make it work with remitano, & paxful but not madatory. If possible, it can potentially support multiple account & additional accounts I may have access to (colleagues, family and friends) to

If possible have additional uses like “select and deselect” coins at will with potential threshold on how much is executed (min and max).

It must be secure, automatic, efficient and unobstructive without requiring any input price I’ve configured it with no expiry.

Kindly suggest closest possible creation for my requests if all cannot be achieved in a single Project.
