Web Scrape / Data Mining from Indeed.com

Web Scrape, Data Mine, extracting, collecting and organizing into Excel Spreadsheet specific info from Indeed.com, for research/project purposes.

Please see attachments for more details/information/samples/examples and final spreadsheet example output expected from chosen-selected project coder:

1. Word Document, outlining the specifics for this project and its details

2. TXT file with page one results from URL in Word Document, for me to manually copy/paste results info spreadsheet to demonstrate expected deliverable (a .xlsx spreadsheet for Excel 2016, 8 columns and per todays results about 9,000 + rows of data

3. Sample Spreadsheet – demonstrating what the goals/objectives of this project should result in

4. 1 PDF file with 5 images/jpgs of search results for PAGE 1 only

Will give “preference” to Coders who will (can) provide samples before commitment, to confirm and validate the projects communications and expectations, more importantly the final deliverable will be aligned with what my (the Customer), goals and objectives are.

This work “could” also lead to similar for other websites, listed in the Word Document, where I may want to proceed and see if same/similar data can be attained via future web scrape / data mining projects, depending on results, working relationship, price and future needs. Including, re-running this particular project for new/current/recent data, as I am not asking for actual code or ownership of what is created, so I may be interested in “reordering” this work again in the near future – hopefully for less $$$ because the creation of the data extraction code would likely be done.

I am open and flexible with timeline. Ideally within few hours or couple days is preferred.

I spent most of the day yesterday, learning similar web scraping techniques with a Chrome App/Extension, for a different website of GovernmentJobs.com – where because I did not know how or what I was doing =)….

It took me about 6-7 hours to collect similar data, with 90% of that time was just learning the point/click data extraction system and figuring it out on my own.

Once done, scraping process took about 15min, collecting about 15 columns of data with 100’s of records. And it worked.

I hope someone here with skills, knowledge and experience – this work could be 5 minutes, 15 minutes or maybe 60 minutes?
