Natural Ventilation Window Control Design for temp control, thermal comfort using dynamic programming / MPC / LQR

Hello, I need a control system engineer who is good in research. Have to work on a project ( research ) where one has to work on Natural Ventilation(energy balance/ heat balance) window based system optimal control design to maintain thermal comfort by controlling indoor room temperature. Optimal Controls can be LQG, MPC or Dynamic programming.

no hardware only research thesis and simulations on matlab is required
Any one good in research and thesis in control systems do let me know.
