We are running ielts and study visa institute but we dont have accurate format and manual or we can say sop for our office which can be follow by team due to which we are facing problem to learn teach staff again and again that is why we eant to write sop for every person and for every post with their responsibilities and duties so that in future if any person change but work flow will be same.
