Help with site classed as "Discovered – currently not indexed" in Google Search Console

Google has crawled but not indexed my site and I can’t figure out why, so I’d like an SEO/Google Search Console expert to review my site and advise why it’s not being indexed. I’ve already gone through various steps like testing robots.txt, submitting a sitemap, URL inspection, checking manual actions and security issues etc.
