Audio Voice Over

I am looking for someone who has a professional, clear, perfect English, no accent, male voice, to take my 5 videos that amount to almost 18 minutes of video and speech, convert the audio to a text script, and then do a voice over to replace the existing speaker. The voice over will need to be the same as the current speaker, same speed, tone etc.

The current audio we have sounds a bit metallic/echoes and background noise can be found here and there.

The new voice over would be expected to be crystal clear, no other noise, a professional mic would most likely be needed for this.
