Candlestick pattern recognition software

I would like to get a software made that can identify about 40 to 60 candle stick patterns and when a chart is uploaded to the sytem, show which patterns are bullish or bearish. The data set for candlestick patterns and related advisory would be provided by me. The system has to have the ability to visually scan the patterns and give advice. If it has AI and can learn over a period of time, then it would be an added advantage
