Make a video

I am not giving details of the project because it is propritay. It will be shared with the recipiant once a non discloser agreement is signed.

The applicant must be very proficiate in C++ and well experienced in making videos. Especially experinced in “facial recognition”. Experience in MySql is required. You will be expected to create tables for storeing the video in for later retrieval. I will provide the cloud server and give you adminastrative privileges to the server.

There may be as many as 10 IP cameras used. They will be connected by WIFI. Mood music is a must be provided through out the video. When the video switches to the next camera, the previous camera presentation must fade out with music adjusted.

There is no inforation kept for those who choose not to have a video made. There will be a table on the cloud server that contains the names of the customers who payed to have a video made.

It is antcipated another web site will be created to select and present the video. The cloud file server should contain all the information to do that. This project does not include the making of the web site.

Must be able to present on iOS, Android, and computer.

This will all be done automatically by the computer, except the entering the clients name.

If accepted, I will ask for a brief synopsis of how you will accomplish the project.

Secondly, break the project down into 4 or 5 phases and tell what each wil do. And, give a time estimate and a price for each phase.

The last phase will be to create a mp3 file from the database that can be viewed by VLC.

I will pay 1/2 the amount when the phase is begun and the othe 1/2 amount when the phase is completed to my satisfaction. Please give me one week to evaluate the phase before payment.

There will be a “begining” and “ending” mp3 file created by a local video chorographer that must be inserted into the beginning and ending of the video created.

Do not ask for a bonus and do not ask to use skype. I prefer payment by check.
