UX Designer/Developer for Fintech Project

Looking for a UX Designer/Developer (design + code) that has already created something that has a clean Fintech look. Design should be very similar to:

No need to re-invent the wheel, so looking for someone that can show me they have already made something like this.

The website is already in development, however, the current design is from existing template and needs to be replaced/updated.

The current code is in PHP, Laravel, CSS.
