Custom automated email responses

I current have a template https://maxcoach.thememove.com/main/ And in this template, i have services that requires a custom nonreply automated email responses to customer using the overall template design , font etc. Please note, if i give award you this project, i will not give you access to my server but will give you the template files and you can do the work on your server for all testing. If all is well, we can migrate it to my server. PLEASE CHECK THE CURRENT TEMPLATE CODE FOR ANY ISSUE YOU FEEL MIGHT DISTURB YOUR CODING.
