Need to translate some text/data into German from English

We are testing out localization for a part of our website and would like to translate it into German. Your work will mostly be done in our online interface + a little bit in a text editor. You will need to translate generic terms and conditions, and about 300 to 500 product categories.
Most of the work will involve translating and categorizing the product categories.
