Create me a crypto token / platform

I’m looking to create my own crypto token and a platform for volunteers.

Basically the concept is for nonprofit organizations to post volunteer opportunities and volunteers to sign up for them, and then when they complete hours and it gets verified by the nonprofit org they are rewarded with 1 token per hour.

Would need a two-sided marketplace created for both parties to connect and a token that is a store of value. People should also be able to purchase these tokens which increases the value for the holder, and in turn rewards volunteers for giving back to their local communities.

Would need someone who understands both web app or mobile app development and blockchain technology.
