Ayanova service management program script

We would like to send a notification about our Ayanova program to our customers via SMS when service is complete. The text message could go through ClickSend (SMS Gateway) or a similar service, for example. Ayanova can use an Ayascript feature that supports C # code. We would like this to happen with some separate key and it would also be good if we could add our own comments to the SMS template before we send the message.
