Need a Small iOS App Developed

It will have 2 sections:
• News section – (List of Articles + Article pages. This can be pulled from blogs from the website)
• Contact – (static section with just text)

Notes:
• Does not require a login
• Need the section bar at the bottom of the site for both sections
• I will send the figma design link
